1/2 tsp tumeric
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
Pinch of saffron ground
Small Clove of garlic crushed
1/2 cup vegtable oil
In a large bowl add finely grated potatoe onion.
Add salt, pepper, saffron and tumeric.
Add 1 raw egg and 1 crushed garlic clove.
Add the minced meat and mix thoroughly so that all the ingredients a well binded.
Set aside in the fridge to rest for 10 minutes.
Add oil to a frying pan and allow to gradually get hot over a medium to low heat.
Remove the meat mix from the fridge and make round golf ball sizes in the palm of your hand and flatten.
Place in the oil filled frying pan. Fry slowly until both sides are brown and cooked.
Eat sandwiched in a chiabata with mustard, gerkins, fresh tomato and herbs. Happy eating 😀
